Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers of “NomeaCare” have a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

2. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

3. Return Procedure

To make a return, the customer must:

• Contact customer service at the email address: contact@nomeacare.com to notify their intention to return the product.

• Follow the instructions provided by customer service to send the product back.

4. Refund

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Exceptions

Items that are on sale, discounted, or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
